The Asian Quidditch Cup 2017 will be held at Thanh Tri District Sport Centre, around 8km to the South of Central Hanoi. The venue is a regular address for regional sport competitions as it provides a complex of facilities including a full-sized football pitch, a gym, a pool, and other indoor sports.

For the organisation of the Asian Quidditch Cup 2017, the tournament organisers have settled a contract with the sport centre managers for the use of the football pitch, along with a changing room and the toilet area. Additionally, the pool is under negotiation for using free of charge during the AQC event.
